The City of Miami Office of Zoning has presented MAGASI with a Certificate of Recognition for more than 10 years of dedicated service and successful business operation within the City of Miami. For a company built on showing up for the people and properties we serve, this is a milestone worth pausing on.

Ten years in South Florida real estate means a decade of hurricane seasons, recertification deadlines, rising insurance costs, shifting regulations, and a market that never sits still. Staying in business here is an achievement. Being recognized by the City for how we have done it is an honor.

The recognition

The certificates were issued by the City of Miami Office of Zoning and signed by Tamara Allen Frost, AICP, Director and Zoning Administrator. Two MAGASI entities were honored: MAGASI LLC and Magasi Multifamily LLC.

The City cited our commitment to excellence, innovation, and community engagement, and credited that work with contributing to the growth and prosperity of Miami. It also commended the leadership and perseverance behind a decade of continued success.
